Prime components is proudly the largest indigenous source for connectors and PCB terminal blocks used for application in the lighting industry in energy saving electronic ballasts for various tube lights, CFLs & led drivers.
Prime components has its own modern tool room which caters to the requirements of precision mold making with in-house design & development capabilities, specialize in molding components from various engineering plastics on microprocessor controlled fully automatic machines, a press shop producing very fine & precise stamped, multi-formed components from ferrous & non-ferrous metals on progressive and compound stamping tools and also precision jigs & fixtures up to 10 microns accuracy in profile.
We also have in-house facility for high quality electroplating, capable to cater needs of international quality metal finishing necessary for PCB mounting products & components like gold, silver, tin, nickel, copper & zinc as per ROHS compliance.
Apart of being an ISO certified company since 1996, we have our own testing laboratory having achieved international product test certifications like UL, CSA & CE marking for PCB terminal blocks & fuse holders.
The corporate office and manufacturing facilities are located at Vadodara in Gujarat. The marketing is catered from Vadodara plant as well as supported by a countrywide spread network of dealers to enhance reach to the customers and deliver products from stock.
